INTRODUCTIONFEATURESSPECIFICATIONFIELD EXAMPLECALIBRATION AND VERIFICATIONCOMBINATION
HDRT consists of 7 receiving coils operating at six different frequency, all receiving coils share one transmitter. HDRT has totally 96 original acquired signals ,including 84 measured signals and 12 status monitoring ones. After preprocessing,skin-effect correction, self-adaptive borehole correction,software focused processing, then output curves with three different vertical resolution which is 1ft,2ft and 4ft, seven different investigation depth which is 6inch,10inch,20inch,30inch,60inch,90inch and 120inch, this tool applied to fulfill complex＆heterogeneous formation logging need, it can determine oil/gas reservoir effectively, estimate reserves more accurately.
1) The sonde section applies high-strength metal, special ceramic material and compound special glass fiber as raw material, since optimized detecting mode and tool length are applied, this tool by far is the shortest array induction tool which has 120in investigation depth.
2) Electronic section adopts high-performance digital processing technology, remove some surface processing function to downhole circuit, which leading to reduce transmitting data on cable, it can be compatible with 2530 tool string.
3) A series high fidelity measurement technology have been applied on circuit design, for example, high-performance preamplifier technology, real-time temperature shifting compensation, programmed gain control, compound sine wave transmitting,etc. These technologies make sure the tool has low noise, high response, high stability, high reliability specification.
4) After been through preprocessing,skin-effect correction, self-adaptive borehole correction,software focused processing, radial inversion processing, it can output so many resistivity curves.
5) HDRT has sp sensors located at sonde section, the sensor consists of four metal points where lie on lower part of glass fiber, at inner side of glass fiber,there is a noncyclical metal ring used to connect four points, sp signal will be sent to electronic section through inner line.
