The tractor is a kind of tool to convey the downhole tools in the horizontal well or highly deviated well. When logging in the horizontal well or highly deviated well, if the downhole tools couldn’t down to the logging interval by its gravity, the tractor can convey the downhole tools to the right position by its power unit. Compare with the drill pipes transportation, it can save logging time, lighten the working strength of working and reduce the risk of construction. And no need well rig, can convey more loggerr distance compare with the continuous flexible pipe transportation and with no limit by the well depth.

The tractor has its own independent system, includs downhole tools and surface controller. It should be work together with the logging winch.

The logging tools can be connected at the top or the bottom of the tractor.
